How do I upload my digital or emailed receipt?

If you are using a PC:
  1. Take a screenshot of your digital receipt. For more help, visit Microsoft’s step by step instructions.
  2.  Open the email from SquareTrade requesting a copy of your receipt. If you did not receive an email, follow steps outlined in How to upload your receipt?
  3. Click the “Submit Receipt” button in the email
  4. Click "Choose file"
  5. Follow the instructions on the next two screens to submit




If you have a Mac:
  1. Take a screenshot of your digital receipt. For more help, please visit Apple’s support page.
  2. Open the email the email from SquareTrade requesting a copy of your receipt.  If you did not receive an email, follow steps outlined in How to upload your receipt?
  3. Click the “Submit Receipt” button in the email
