I didn't receive a shipping label from SquareTrade. What should I do?

If your claim was approved within the last 24 hours, please allow up to one day for your shipping label to be emailed to the email address associated with your SquareTrade account.  Please remember to check your spam folder as well.

If it has been longer than one day, and you still haven’t received your shipping label, please email us at st-questions@squaretrade.com and include the name on the SquareTrade account, plus your claim # or warranty #. One of our specialists will email you a new shipping label within 2 business days.
