If I send in my item for repair, do I have to send all of its accessories too?
If the unit has an "AC Adapter" it should be included. If it has a standard charger, such as a USB or Micro-USB, it would not be necessary to send this in unless the issue is related to power and/or battery failure. Unrelated external accessories such as keyboards, cases, drives, mice, etc. that were included with the unit should not be included when shipping a unit in for repair.
