If I use the manufacturer's warranty for my item to get a replacement, does that affect my SquareTrade plan?
Your SquareTrade plan will continue to cover a replacement provided through the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll just need documentation that shows your item was replaced by the manufacturer. We also recommend updating the serial number for the new device.
