The manufacturer denied my claim. How can I file a claim with SquareTrade?

If the manufacturer is unwilling or unable to honor your item’s warranty, SquareTrade may still resolve your claim in certain cases with the appropriate documentation.  

Please see below for what is required:

 

Information Required
  • Manufacturer’s or carrier’s statement that they are denying your claim request and the reason
  • Any searches or other tools used to attempt to contact manufacturer or carrier.
  • Please also document:
o Manufacturer or carrier contact information (phone number, email, website)
o Date & time of call
o Any claim/case/incident number
