What is Activation?

Activation is required only if you purchased a mobile protection plan directly from SquareTrade.com.

Follow these steps to activate your warranty.

1.  Download the SquareTrade App on your phone.
2.  Log in to your account.
3.  Tap on the "Activate my Plan" button found within the warranty details screen.
4.  Provide the IMEI number of the mobile device covered by the SquareTrade protection plan to finish activation.

Follow these steps if you don't already have a SquareTrade account set up.
1. Download the SquareTrade App on your phone.
2. Tap on "Don't have a password?" link found in the Log In screen.
3. Create a new password to set up your SquareTrade account.


Instructions on how to activate your plan are also found in the purchase confirmation email sent after the purchase of your protection plan.
